Common use of General Contractor Clause in Contracts

General Contractor. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Landmark Builders or another general contractor reasonably selected by Landlord and in any case approved by Xxxxxx as a result of competitive bidding of the cost of the Tenant Improvements with respect to Landlord’s TI Work. Tenant shall have no right to direct or control such General Contractor.

Xxxxxxxx XxxxxxxxxLandmark Builders, Landmark Builders Hathaway Xxxxxxxxx or another general contractor reasonably selected by Landlord and in any case approved by Xxxxxx Tenant as a result of competitive bidding of the cost of the Tenant Improvements with respect to Landlord’s TI Work. Tenant shall have no right to direct or control such General Contractor.
