Common use of General Contractor Clause in Contracts

General Contractor. Hathaway Xxxxxxxxx Construction Company, or any other general contractor selected by Landlord in its sole discretion, with respect to Landlord's Work. The General Contractor with respect to Tenant's Work shall be selected by Tenant, subject to Landlord's approval (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), as contemplated in Paragraph 5(a) hereof.
