General Consultation. The Design-Builder shall schedule and conduct periodic meetings with the Owner to review matters such as procedures, progress, coordination, and scheduling of the Work.
General Consultation. The Commissioner of the Board of Higher Education and such others as he may designate shall meet with the Executive Board of the Association at the request of either party once each semester for the purpose of maintaining good relationships through regular communication and for discussion of matters concerning the implementation of this Agreement. Such meeting shall be held within fifteen (15) days of such request having been made in writing to the other party, which request shall state the reason or reasons for which such meeting is to be held. The Commissioner of the Board and/or his designees and the Executive Board or the Association may meet at other times and for such other purposes as either party may request and as they may mutually agree.
General Consultation. DTSC may review background documents provided by the [Agency] for review and consultation on next steps. For projects where the scope of work is limited to document review, a formal scoping meeting may not be required, based on mutual agreement between DTSC and the [Agency].

General Consultation. The Contractor shall schedule and conduct periodic meetings with the Owner to review matters such as procedures, progress, coordination, and scheduling of the Work. Contractor shall cause its representatives, and representatives of Designer, Consultants and Contractors at all tiers as designated by Owner, if any, to attend and participate in weekly progress meetings. Contractor shall prepare and distribute to all attendees minutes of such progress meetings for review and correction. Progress meetings may be utilized to review the Contractor’s design and construction schedules, requests for information, or to address any delays, unusual conditions, or critical items which have affected or could affect the progress of the Work, and to consider any other matter or subject of relevance to the Work as determined by Owner.
General Consultation. Consultant will accommodate all reasonable requests for information and/or analysis of a general nature.

General consultation with the Developer regarding the requirements by the District, the procedures of the Developer to make a water system extension, and administration of the Developer Extension Agreement.
