General Construction. As used in this Agreement, the masculine, feminine and neuter genders and the plural and singular numbers shall be deemed to include the others in all cases in which they would so apply. "Includes" and "including" are not limiting, and shall be deemed to be followed by "without limitation" regardless of whether such words or words of like import in fact follow same. The word "or" is not intended and shall not be construed to be exclusive.
