Common use of General Considerations Clause in Contracts

General Considerations. A. All original sketches, tracings, drawings, computations, details, design calculations, specifications and other documents and plans that result from the CONSULTANT's services under this Agreement shall become and remain the property of the CITY upon receipt of payment by the CONSULTANT from the CITY for services rendered in connection with the preparation of said sketches, tracings, etc. Where such documents are required to be filed with governmental agencies, the CONSULTANT will furnish copies to the CITY upon request.
