Before the assigned work is started, the faculty member(s) will receive a completed copy of the agreement including the signature of the assigning administrator, which shall function as a guarantee of the funding for the assignment. The signed agreement is binding on both parties. All agreements are entered into voluntarily by faculty members. The agreement may be completed either electronically or in hard copy.
