General Common Elements. The warranty given in this Section 8 with respect to the newly constructed general Common Elements shall be in favor of Purchaser and the Association and shall expire on the first anniversary of the date of the first conveyance of a unit in the Condominium to a unit owner other than Seller. Seller shall be responsible for defects claimed by Purchaser or the Association in connection with the newly constructed general Common Elements only if a written claim reasonably specifying the breach of warranty is delivered to Seller in accordance with Section 16.1 within two (2) years following the expiration of the warranty; provided, however, that any such claim must be for a defect existing prior to the expiration of such warranty.
General Common Elements. The General Common Elements consist of the entire Property other than Units and Limited Common Elements, including, without limitation, the following:
General Common Elements. Each Unit Owner shall own, as an appurtenance to his Unit, an undivided share of the General Common Elements and in any surplus possessed by the Association, such share being one-seventieth (1/70th) of the General Common Elements. Ownership of the Unit and the share of the General Common Elements may not be divided, and any transfer of the Unit shall include a transfer of the interest in the General Common Elements appurtenant thereto. The General Common Elements are hereby declared to be subject to a perpetual nonexclusive easement in favor of all Unit Owners and assigns, for their use and the use of their guests and lessees for all proper and normal purposes and for the furnishing of services and facilities for which the same are reasonably intended and such easement shall be appurtenant to and shall pass with the title to each Unit, subject to the restrictions and limitations elsewhere provided in this Master Deed and the Bylaws.
General Common Elements. If the damage occurs to the General Common Elements, they shall be reconstructed or repaired unless it is determined that the Condominium shall be terminated.
General Common Elements. All appurtenances and facilities and other items which are not part of the Units hereinbefore described in Article 4 shall comprise the General Common Elements as graphically shown on said Exhibit “B” of the original Master Deed. The General Common Elements shall also include by way of description but not by way of limitation:

General Common Elements. 9.1 All amenities and facilities and other items which are not part of a particular plot/building and meant for the common use of the villa owners and the amenities and common facilities and the same shall include by way of description but not by way of limitation.
