Common use of General Access Clause in Contracts

General Access. The CDBG-DR xxxxxxx authorizes the Comptroller General of the United States (the Government Accountability Office [GAO]), upon request, to have access to all the CDBG-DR grantee records that are subject to, and necessary to monitor or verify compliance with, this Agreement, in accordance with 5 U.S.C. § 552a(o)(1)(K). This Agreement also authorizes the Comptroller General to inspect any records used in the matching process that are covered by this Agreement pursuant to 31 U.S.C. § 717 and 5 U.S.C. § 552a(b)(10).
