Gender Clause Samples

Gender. Whenever in this Agreement words are used in the masculine or neuter gender, they shall be read and construed as in the masculine, feminine or neuter gender, whenever they should so apply.

Gender. Use of the masculine pronoun shall be deemed to include usage of the feminine pronoun where appropriate.

Gender. Within this Agreement, words of any gender shall be held and construed to include any other gender, and words in the singular number shall be held and construed to include the plural, unless the context otherwise requires.
