GAS INSTALLATION. 16.1 If applicable, the Seller shall at its own expense arrange for the inspection an authorised person and the issue by such person of a certificate of conformity, in respect of all gas installations on the Property, in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1993 (as amended) and the regulations promulgated thereunder (“Certificate of Conformity”).
