Box 4790 Walnut Creek, California 94596 Company proposes, pursuant to Section 204.4 of the IBEW Physical Agreement, to include employees of the Building Service Department within the purview of the Labor Agreement Clarification, Titles 202, 205, and 208, "Utilization of Relief Shift Classifications." Based on the above inclusion and pursuant to Section 202,16 of the Physical Agreement, Company further proposes to establish the attached shift schedule for Building Engineers. The proposed schedule is a seven man, 49 day rotation, similar to that used by the Electric Department at their larger substations. All nine Building Engineers are in favor of the change. Company proposes to begin such new shift schedule on June 1, 1981.
