Garbage. Tenants must NOT put ANY garbage in the large light green bins that are marked only for lawn and leaves. A $200 fee will be taken out of the deposit if any garbage is placed in these light green large bins. Also, empty cans must be pushed back to the xxxxxx before 8pm or the City of Islamorada will assess us a $75 ticket that will be taken from deposit.
