Garbage disposal and recycling. All refuse and waste will be routinely and frequently removed from the premises and deposited in trash bags in trash chutes in designated areas only. Trash will not be placed on the ground or in full dumpsters. Tenant will not litter or place any trash in or about the building. Tenant will comply with any recycling rules, regulations and ordinances imposed. Landlord and/or Agent may charge Tenant for inappropriate disposal of trash.

Garbage disposal and recycling. All garbage must be placed in the designated garbage bins. Please do not leave open garbage cans/bags at your campsite at any time to avoid attracting wildlife. • Glass bottles, cans, plastic and cardboard must be sorted and recycled by placing them in the appropriate barrels. Please rinse and crush large containers/boxes to save space.

Garbage disposal and recycling. Tenant shall comply with all Applicable Laws regarding the collection, sorting, separating and recycling of garbage, waste, trash and other refuse and with Landlord’s reasonable recycling policies as promulgated from time to time and shall sort and separate its trash and recycling into separate receptacles as designated by Applicable Laws and/or Landlord. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties and damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant as a result of Tenant’s failure to comply with these requirements. If Tenant contracts directly for the collection, disposal and recycling of its waste, Tenant shall cause its contractors to document the disposal and recycling of same and shall deliver such documentation to Landlord upon request.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

  • Waste Disposal Tenant shall store its waste either inside the Premises or within outside trash enclosures that are fully fenced and screened in compliance with all Private Restrictions, and designed for such purpose. All entrances to such outside trash enclosures shall be kept closed, and waste shall be stored in such manner as not to be visible from the exterior of such outside enclosures. Tenant shall cause all of its waste to be regularly removed from the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. Tenant shall keep all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in the Premises free and clear of all obstructions at all times.

  • Trash Disposal Tenant shall provide trash bins or other adequate garbage disposal facilities within the trash enclosure areas provided or permitted by Landlord outside the Leased Premises sufficient for the interim disposal of all of its trash, garbage and waste. All such trash, garbage and waste temporarily stored in such areas shall be stored in such a manner so that it is not visible from outside of such areas, and Tenant shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Property. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas in a clean, safe and neat condition free and clear of all of Tenant's trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.

  • Disposal The Recipient will not, without the Province’s prior written consent, sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of any asset purchased or created with the Funds or for which Funds were provided, the cost of which exceeded the amount as provided for in Schedule “B” at the time of purchase.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Materials of Environmental Concern have not been transported or disposed of from the Properties in violation of, or in a manner or to a location that could give rise to liability under, any Environmental Law, nor have any Materials of Environmental Concern been generated, treated, stored or disposed of at, on or under any of the Properties in violation of, or in a manner that could give rise to liability under, any applicable Environmental Law;

  • Waste and Nuisance The Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste on the leased premises, nor shall he maintain, commit, or permit the maintenance or commission of any nuisance on the leased premises.
