G2 Warranties and Representations. G2.1 The Supplier warrants and represents that: the Supplier has the full capacity and authority and all necessary consents (including, but not limited to, where its procedures so require, the consent of its parent company) to enter into and perform this Contract and that this Contract is executed by a duly authorised representative of the Supplier; the Supplier shall discharge its obligations hereunder with all due skill, care and diligence including but not limited to good industry practice and (without limiting the generality of this Condition) in accordance with its own established internal procedures; all obligations of the Supplier pursuant to the Contract shall be performed and rendered by appropriately experienced, qualified and trained Staff with all due skill, care and diligence; and the Supplier is not in default in the payment of any due and payable taxes or in the filing, registration or recording of any document or under any legal or statutory obligation or requirement which default might have a material adverse effect on its business, assets or financial condition or its ability to observe or perform its obligations under this Contract.
