Future Retirees Hired On or After August 10, 1984. Any employee hired by the District on or after August 10, 1984, who also retires from service to the District shall not be eligible for any contribution from the District toward the cost of any insurance plans upon retirement. While actively employed by the District, such employees hired on or after August 10, 1984, shall have their eligibility for District contribution toward fringe benefits determined by the provisions of this Agreement. Employees who were hired after August 10, 1984, shall be allowed to stay in the group health plan, upon their retirement, provided they pay the premiums for said coverage.
