Common use of Future Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Future Negotiations. If the Executive is employed by the Company six (6) months prior to the third anniversary of the Effective Date then the Company and the Executive shall commence good faith negotiations for the purpose of determining whether, and on what basis, if any, they can agree that Executive may be employed by the Company after the third anniversary of the Effective Date. The Executive shall have no obligation under this Section 16 to remain in the employ of the Company and the Company shall have no obligation hereunder to employ the Executive after the second anniversary of the Effective Date.
