Future Employer. If applicable, Executive shall inform any prospective or future employer of all of the restrictive covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement, and provide such employer with a copy of such provisions, prior to the commencement of that employment.

Future Employer. Executive will provide a copy of this Agreement to any company or entity that employs Executive during the 12 month period following the Termination Date.

Future Employer. Shareholder will, during the Restrictive Period, within ten days after accepting any employment, consulting engagement, engagement as an independent contractor, partnership or other association that might reasonably involve the Business, advise Heritage of the identity of the new employer, client, partner or other Person with whom Shareholder has become associated. Following receipt of such notice, if Heritage in its reasonable judgment determines that Shareholder’s proposed association involves a Person engaged in the Business, Heritage may serve notice upon each such Person that such Shareholder is bound by this Agreement and furnish each such Person with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.
Future Employer. The Executive shall inform any prospective or future employer of any and all restrictions contained in this Section 8 and provide such employer with a copy thereof prior to the commencement of that employment.

Related to Future Employer

  • Future Employment During Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reason, before accepting any employment with any Competitive Business (whether or not Executive believes such employment is prohibited by Section 8), Executive shall disclose to the Company the identity of any such Competitive Business and a complete description of the duties involved in such prospective employment, including a full description of any business, territory or market segment to which Executive will be assigned. Further, during Executive’s Company Employment and for two years following the termination of such employment for any reason, Executive agrees that, before accepting any future employment, Executive will provide a copy of this Agreement to any prospective employer of Executive, and Executive hereby authorizes the Company to do likewise, whether before or after the outset of the future employment.

  • Disclosure to Future Employers I will provide a copy of this Agreement to any prospective employer, partner or coventurer prior to entering into an employment, partnership or other business relationship with such person or entity.
