Common use of Future Developments Clause in Contracts

Future Developments. As to any future Developments made by Executive which relate to the business, products or practices of the Company, and which are first conceived or reduced to practice during the term of this Agreement, or within twelve (12) months thereafter, but which Executive claimed for any reason to belong to an entity or person other than the Company, Executive will promptly disclose the same in writing to the Company and shall not disclose the same to others if the Company, within twenty (20) days thereafter, shall claim ownership of such Developments under the terms of this Agreement. If the Company makes no such claim, Company shall not be obligated to maintain in confidence any such information disclosed by Executive.

Future Developments. As to any future Developments made by the Executive which that relate to the business, products or practices of the Company, Company and which that are first conceived or reduced to practice during the term of this Agreement, or within twelve (12) months thereafter, but which Executive are claimed for any reason to belong to an entity or person other than the Company, the Executive will promptly disclose the same in writing to the Company and shall not disclose the same to others if the Company, within twenty (20) 20 days thereafter, shall claim ownership of such Developments under the terms of this Agreement. As to any future Developments made by Executive which that relate to the business, products or practices of the Company, or any of its Affiliates, and which that are first conceived or reduced to practice during the term of this AgreementTerm, or within twelve six (126) months thereafter, but which Executive are claimed for any reason to belong to an entity or person other than the CompanyCompany or any of its Affiliates, Executive will promptly disclose the same in writing to the Company and shall not disclose the same to others if the Company, within twenty (20) days thereafter, shall claim ownership of such Developments under the terms of this Agreement. If the Company makes no such claim, Executive hereby acknowledges that the Company shall not be obligated has made no promise to maintain receive and hold in confidence any such information disclosed by Executive.

If the Company makes no such claim, the Executive hereby acknowledges that the Company shall not be obligated has made no promise to maintain receive and hold in confidence any such information disclosed by the Executive.
