Future Dated ACH Origination. The Customer will deliver each Entry or file of Entries to Bank no later than 7 p.m. Central Standard Time on the day set forth below for credit or debit entries or in a schedule mutually agreed upon by Customer and Bank incorporated herein. All Entry information so delivered shall be in the medium required by the Bank and the format required by the Rules. For purposes of this Agreement, a Banking Day is every day on which the Bank is open to the public for purposes of carrying on substantially all of our business, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays that are observed by the Federal Reserve Bank.

  • RENTAL APPLICATION The Tenant acknowledges that the Landlord has relied upon the rental application, a copy of which is attached hereto, as an inducement for entering into this agreement, and the Tenant warrants to the Landlord that the facts stated in the application are true to the best of Tenant’s knowledge. If any facts stated in the rental application prove to be untrue, the Landlord shall have the right to terminate the residency immediately and to collect from the Tenant any damages resulting therefrom.

  • Notice to Proceed - Land Acquisition The acquisition of the Land shall not occur until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed for land acquisition to the Recipient (the "Notice to Proceed").   • MFMP Transaction Fee Reports The Contractor shall submit complete monthly MFMP Transaction Fee Reports to the Department. Reports are due 15 calendar days after the end of each month.   • MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR EDUCATION 1. Prior to the submission of a new application for any new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, the filing of a petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any Participating State as provided for in Section II, Paragraph 2 of this Order, the Respondent will be required to complete the following mortgage loan originator education requirements:

  • Inventory Report – Remote Premises The locations of the Remote Premises (e.g., Feeder Distribution Interfaces, "FDI") and the End User Customer addresses served by each Remote Premises are available to CLEC through the Raw Loop Data Tool. Remote Premises with digital loop carrier and pair gain equipment will be provided on the web site in the ICONN database. (ICONN is available through the Qwest web site located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/iconn.) If CLEC is unable to determine the information it seeks regarding the Remote Premises after using such database tools, Qwest will provide CLEC with a report that contains the information. The Parties agree that a charge may apply to such report, based on time and material, unless the database information is inaccurate or unusable for the Remote Premises then no charge would apply. Qwest will provide CLEC access to relevant plats, maps, engineering records and other data in accordance with Section 10.8.2.4. In addition, CLEC can request a copy of Qwest's distribution area map associated with the Remote Premises, with a charge for time and material.

  • Transaction Processing All orders are subject to acceptance by us and by the Fund or its transfer agent, and become effective only upon confirmation by us. If required by law, each transaction shall be confirmed in writing on a fully disclosed basis and if confirmed by us, a copy of each confirmation shall be sent to you if you so request. All sales are made subject to receipt of shares by us from the Funds. We reserve the right in our discretion, without notice, to suspend the sale of shares of the Funds or withdraw the offering of shares of the Funds entirely. Orders will be effected at the price(s) next computed on the day they are received if, as set forth in the applicable Fund’s current Prospectus, the orders are received by us or an agent appointed by us or the Fund prior to the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange, generally 4:00 p.m. eastern time (“Close of Trading”). You represent and warrant that all orders for the purchase, exchange or redemption of Fund shares transmitted to FundSERV for processing on or as of a given business day (Day 1) shall have been received by you prior to the Close of Trading on Day 1. Such orders shall receive the share price next calculated following the Close of Trading on Day 1 .You represent and warrant that orders received by you after the Close of Trading on Day 1 shall be treated by you and transmitted to FundSERV as if received on the next business day (Day 2). Part 3.8 of the Disclosure Letter contains a complete and accurate list of all Accounts Receivable as of the date of the Interim Balance Sheet, which list sets forth the aging of such Accounts Receivable.
