Future Collaboration a) Both Parties agree to explore future opportunities to collaborate on projects, research and development, training, custom solutions for large Clients / problems, possible geographic and vertical expansion, cross-selling or other opportunities mutually agreed upon.

Future Collaboration. Subject to clause 6.1, and upon the written request by NZTA to the User to collaborate, the parties will work collaboratively with each other in relation to any future developments of the Standard, and the parties will, in relation to any such further development of the Standard: (a) communicate in an open, honest and timely manner; (b) respond promptly to requests for information by the other party; (c) provide information and ideas to assist with such further development of the Standard in a supportive manner; (d) forewarn the other party of actions taken, or proposed to be taken, of which the other party might reasonably expect to be advised; and (e) provide feedback to the other party when it is appropriate and useful to do so.

Future Collaboration. This agreement applies to the 2017-18 round of data collection and does not bind the organizations to collaboration on subsequent surveys or other activities. Both organizations believe, however, that mutual understanding and cooperation will help to advance their shared mission of promoting research on values.

Future Collaboration. (a) The Parties intend to continue to collaborate and work together to further develop the Results.
