Future Appropriations. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the respective obligations of the Counties are subject to future appropriations for such purposes by the Boards of Supervisors of the respective Counties.
Future Appropriations. Any future grants by the City are conditioned on appropriations by the City Council. The Parties acknowledge that nothing related to this Agreement or the City's stated desire to support the Organization (generally), at the time of execution of this Agreement, may be inferred to indicate that the City will provide any funds in the future. The Organization acknowledges that funding by the City shall be decided on a fiscal year basis and will be determined by the City Council based upon its evaluation of the City's budget and considering all fiscal needs confronting the City, including needs related to the proposed community services.
Future Appropriations. This Agreement shall not be construed in any manner to bind the future legislative discretion of the City or its future budget appropriations. Where future appropriations are unavailable or insufficient to meet the obligations provided for herein, such circumstances shall constitute a termination without cause by the City.
Future Appropriations. Nothing in this Agreement shall obligate or commit the City to appropriate any funds in any subsequent fiscal year.
Future Appropriations. Nothing in these Agreements shall be construed as an obligation by the Town to provide an appropriation or approve a budget for services provided by the Chamber beyond the term hereof and in any event for no period greater than one year.
Future Appropriations. Future appropriated funds for the VSO are understood to be contingent upon approval of the General Assembly and may affect the quantity, capability or level of service provided.

Future Appropriations. The Parties represent that funds for service provision under this Agreement have been appropriated and are available. To the extent that such service provision requires future appropriations beyond current appropriation authority, the obligations of each Party are contingent upon the appropriation of funds by that Party’s legislative authority to complete the activities described herein. If no such appropriation is made, the Agreement shall terminate as to that Party, and the Party shall provide notice of termination per Section IX within thirty (30) calendar days of its budget adoption.
Future Appropriations. “Future Appropriations” means any money, in addition to the State Grant Money, that the State of Utah may appropriate for the Trust.
