Future Advances Secured. This Security Deed shall secure not only existing indebtedness, but also such future advances, whether such advances are obligatory or to be made at the option of the Lender. Upon request of Borrower, and at Lender's option prior to release of this Security Deed, Lender may make future advances to Borrower. All future advances with interest thereon shall be secured by this Security Deed to the same extent as if such future advances were made on the date of the execution of this Security Deed unless the parties shall agree otherwise in writing, but the total secured indebtedness shall not exceed at any one time a maximum principal amount equal to double the face amount of the Note plus interest, and costs of collection including court costs and Reasonable Attorneys' Fees. Any advances or disbursements made for the benefit or protection of or the payment of taxes, assessments, levies or insurance upon the Property, with interest on such disbursements as provided herein, shall be added to the principal balance of the Note and collected as a part thereof. To the extent that this Security Deed may secure more than one note, a default in the payment of any note shall constitute a default in the payment of all such notes.

Future Advances Secured. This Mortgage is given to secure not only existing Obligations, but also future advances made within 20 years of the date of this Mortgage to the same extent as if such future advances were made on the date of the execution of this Mortgage. The principal amount that may be so secured may decrease or increase from time to time, but the total amount so secured at any one time shall not exceed $44,000,000.00 (if the foregoing blank space is incomplete, then the maximum total amount shall be twice the principal amount of the Loan), plus all interest, costs, reimbursements, fees and expenses due under this Mortgage and secured hereby. Mortgagor shall not execute any document that impairs or otherwise impacts the priority of any existing or future Obligations secured by this Mortgage. Nothing herein obligates Mortgagee to provide credit in excess of the amount of the Loan.
Future Advances Secured. The Mortgage Paper mentioned herein secures and enforces the payment of the Obligations including but not limited to all sums advanced by Bank to Borrower pursuant to the Note.

Future Advances Secured. This Mortgage secures future indebtedness of Mortgagor to Mortgagee. Furthermore, in addition to any other indebtedness secured hereby, this Mortgage secures the unpaid balance of all advances made with respect to the Mortgaged Property for the payment of real estate taxes, assessments, maintenance, insurance premiums or costs incurred for the protection of the Mortgaged Property or for the protection and preservation of the lien of this Mortgage, and expenses incurred by Mortgagee by reason of Mortgagor's default hereunder (including, but not limited to, all fees and expenses of Mortgagee's legal counsel) all to the fullest extent provided in 42 Pa. Future Advances Secured. This Deed of Trust is secures all future advances pursuant to Revised Code of Washington § 60.04.226, and any and all such advances shall have the same priority as the funds initially advanced under the Secured Obligations regardless of when the same are disbursed or whether they are obligatory. All persons who may have or acquire an interest in the Property are hereby deemed to have notice of the terms of the Secured Obligations and that this Deed of Trust secures future advances, and to have notice, if provided therein, that: (a) the Note or any other Secured Obligation may permit borrowing, repayment and reborrowing and (b) the rate of interest on one or more of the Secured Obligations may vary from time to time. Funds may be advanced by Beneficiary, repaid by Grantor and subsequently readvanced by Beneficiary. In addition, and absent default under the terms of the Secured Obligations, all advances thereunder by Beneficiary are obligatory and are secured by this Deed of Trust.   • Future Advances This Mortgage is (a) and Open-End Mortgage under 42 Pa. C.S.A. Section 8143 and (b) given to secure, among other things, indebtedness of the Mortgagor under the Credit Agreement and shall secure not only presently existing indebtedness and Secured Obligations of Borrower under the Credit Agreement (and Mortgagor under the Subsidiary Guaranty) but also future indebtedness of Borrower under the Credit Agreement (and Mortgagor under the Subsidiary Guaranty), whether such indebtedness is obligatory or at the option of Mortgagee, or otherwise, to the same extent as if such future indebtedness was made on the date of the execution of this Mortgage, although there may be no outstanding indebtedness of Mortgagor at the time of execution of this Mortgage. The lien of this Mortgage shall be valid as to all Secured Obligations, including future indebtedness of Mortgagor. The total amount of indebtedness secured hereby may increase or decrease from time to time, but the total unpaid principal balance of indebtedness secured hereby (including disbursements that the Lenders may, but shall not be obligated to, make under this Mortgage, the Loan Documents or any other document with respect thereto) at any one time outstanding may be substantially less but shall not exceed Seventy-One Million Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($71,500,000.00), plus interest thereon, and any disbursements made for the enforcement of this Mortgage and the other Loan Documents and any remedies hereunder, payment of taxes, special assessments, utilities or insurance on the Property or any other Project and interest on such disbursements and all disbursements by Mortgagee pursuant to applicable law (all such indebtedness being hereinafter referred to as the maximum amount secured hereby). This Mortgage shall be valid and have priority to the extent of the maximum amount secured hereby over all subsequent liens and encumbrances, including statutory liens, excepting solely taxes and assessments levied on the Property given priority by law.

  • The Advances and Letters of Credit (a) Each Lender severally agrees, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, to make Advances to the Borrower from time to time on any Business Day during the period from the Effective Date until the Termination Date in an aggregate amount (based in respect of any Advances to be denominated in a Committed Currency by reference to the Equivalent thereof in Dollars determined on the date of delivery of the applicable Notice of Borrowing) not to exceed such Lender’s Unused Commitment at such time.   • Advances; Loans; Pledges You authorize the Manager to advance the Manager’s own funds for your account, charging current interest rates, and to arrange loans for your account for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the applicable AAU and any Intersyndicate Agreement, and in connection therewith, to hold or pledge as security therefor all or any securities which the Manager may be holding for your account under the applicable AAU and any Intersyndicate Agreement, to execute and deliver any notes or other instruments evidencing such advances or loans, and to give all instructions to the lenders with respect to any such loans and the proceeds thereof.
