In the event environmental remediation costs in excess of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) are identified in respect of any acquisition of Pipeline Properties or other material Properties, the Obligors will provide environmental audits and tests in form and scope as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with such future acquisitions of Pipeline Properties or other material Properties.
