Further, upon a Change in Corporate Control, the vesting of any restricted stock granted to the Employee under the terms of the Company’s Employee Restricted Stock Plan shall become immediately vested in full and exercisable in full.

Such telephone number reservations shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the reservation date. McLeodUSA acknowledges that there may be instances where there is a shortage of telephone numbers in a particular CLLIC and in such instances BellSouth shall use its best efforts to reserve for a ninety (90) day period a sufficient quantity of McLeodUSA’s reasonable need in that particular CLLIC.

XxXxxxXXX’s request, and for the purpose of the resale of BellSouth’s telecommunications services by XxXxxxXXX, BellSouth will reserve up to 100 telephone numbers per CLLIC, for XxXxxxXXX’s sole use. Such telephone number reservations shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the reservation date. XxXxxxXXX acknowledges that there may be instances where there is a shortage of telephone numbers in a particular CLLIC and in such instances BellSouth shall use its best efforts to reserve for a ninety (90) day period a sufficient quantity of XxXxxxXXX’s reasonable need in that particular CLLIC.

Money To Go’s request, and for the purpose of the resale of BellSouth’s telecommunications services by Money To Go, BellSouth will reserve up to 100 telephone numbers per CLLIC, for Money To Go’s sole use. Such telephone number reservations shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the reservation date. Money To Go acknowledges that there may be instances where there is a shortage of telephone numbers in a particular CLLIC and in such instances BellSouth shall use its best efforts to reserve for a ninety (90) day period a sufficient quantity of Money To Go’s reasonable need in that particular CLLIC.
Further, upon the relocation of State Data, Contractor shall securely dispose of such copies from the former data location and certify in writing to the State that such State Data has been disposed of securely. Contractor shall comply with all reasonable directions provided by the State with respect to the disposal of State Data.

Verizon Avenue’s request, and for the purpose of the resale of BellSouth’s telecommunications services by Verizon Avenue, BellSouth will reserve up to 100 telephone numbers per CLLIC, for Verizon Avenue’s sole use. Such telephone number reservations shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the reservation date. Verizon Avenue acknowledges that there may be instances where there is a shortage of telephone numbers in a particular CLLIC and in such instances BellSouth shall use its best efforts to reserve for a ninety (90) day period a sufficient quantity of Verizon Avenue’s reasonable need in that particular CLLIC.
Further, upon. DukeNet’s request, and for the purpose of the resale of BellSouth’s telecommunications services by DukeNet, BellSouth will reserve up to 100 telephone numbers per CLLIC, for DukeNet’s sole use. Assignment, reservation and use of telephone numbers shall be governed by applicable FCC rules and regulations.
Further, upon. Colmena's request, and for the purpose of the resale of BellSouth's telecommunications services by Colmena, BellSouth will reserve up to 100 telephone numbers per CLLIC, for Colmena's sole use. Such telephone number reservations shall be valid for ninety (9) days from the reservation date. Colmena acknowledges that there may be instances where there is a shortage of telephone numbers in a particular CLLIC and in such instances BellSouth shall use its best efforts to reserve for a ninety (90) day period a sufficient quantity of Colmena's reasonable need in that particular CLLIC.
Further, upon. CLEC-1 request and for the purposes of the resale of BellSouth's telecommunications services by CLEC-1, BellSouth will reserve up to 100 telephone numbers per Common Language Location Identifier Code (CLLIC), for CLEC-1's sole use. Such telephone number reservations shall be transmitted to CLEC-1 via electronic file transfer. Such reservations shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the reservation date. CLEC-1 acknowledges that there may be instances where there is a shortage of telephone numbers in a particular CLLIC and in such instances BellSouth shall use its best efforts to reserve for a ninety (90) day period a sufficient quantity for CLEC-1's reasonable need in that particular CLLIC.
