Common use of Further Rights Clause in Contracts

Further Rights. If between the date of the Agreement and the effective time the outstanding shares of the common stock of Shearson Home Loans have been changed into a different number of shares or a different class, reason of any stock dividend, subdivision, reclassification, re-capital split, conversion, consolidation, combination or exchange of shares or similar transaction, appropriate adjustments to reflect any such action shall be made to the subject agreement and the employee shall be entitled to an adjustment of shares being held.
