Further Remedies. Upon any termination of this Lease pursuant to Section 22.01, or at any time thereafter, Landlord may, in addition to and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies Landlord shall have at law or in equity, re-enter the Premises, and recover possession thereof and may dispossess any or all occupants of the Premises in the manner prescribed by the statute relating to summary proceedings, or similar statute(s); but Tenant in such case shall remain liable to Landlord as hereinbefore provided.
Further Remedies. Nothing in this Lease contained shall require Lessor to elect any remedy for a default or Event of Default by Lessee hereunder, and all rights herein provided shall be cumulative with one another and with any other rights and remedies which Lessor may have at law or in equity in the case of such a default or Event of Default.

Further Remedies. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to invoke any right and remedy allowed at law or in equity or by statute or otherwise, and nothing in this Lease shall require Landlord to elect any remedy for an Event of Default by Tenant hereunder, and all rights herein provided shall be cumulative with one another and with any other rights and remedies which Landlord may have at law or in equity in the case of such an Event of Default. Landlord's remedies under this Section 13 shall survive the early termination of this Lease.
