Further Engagement. 3. Six (6) months prior to the expiry of the Period of Engagement, the Officer shall by notice in writing inform the University whether or not he desires to continue in the employment of the University after the expiration of the Period of Engagement whereupon the University shall as soon as may be reasonable before the expiry of the Period of Engagement inform the Officer by notice in writing whether or not it has decided to re-engage him; Term of Re-engagement
Further Engagement. If Client elects to move forward with the Project after the Services are performed, the parties, may, but are not required to, negotiate a separate agreement for the design and/or construction of the Project and other activities.
Further Engagement a. Following receipt of validation or monitoring results the Provincial Agency will determine if further engagement is required. If further engagement is deemed necessary, then the decision maker will define the approach. If engagement that was undertaken is deemed appropriate then the TSL, CP, and/or RP will be presented to the Decision Maker for approval.
Further Engagement. 2.1 Where, within three months of the termination of an Assignment or the most recent referral of a Temporary to the Client: • The Client engages the Temporary as an employee or as an independent contractor; or • The Client introduces the Temporary to another person or organization and that person or organization engages the Temporary as an employee or as an independent contractor the Client will pay a fee calculated in accordance with the Supplier’s schedule of charges for permanent or temporary staff (as appropriate), at agreed rates.
Further Engagement. Any further engagement will be on such terms and for such period as may be agreed by the Parties.
