Further Documentation. (a) Grantor shall, on the request of Grantee and at the expense of Grantor: (a) promptly correct any defect, error or omission which may be discovered in the contents of this Security Deed or in the contents of any of the other Loan Documents; (b) promptly execute, acknowledge, deliver and record or file such further instruments (including, without limitation, further mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, security agreements, financing statements, continuation statements and assignments of rents or leases) and promptly do such further acts as may be necessary, desirable or proper to carry out more effectively the purposes of this Security Deed and the other Loan Documents and to subject to the liens and security interests hereof and thereof any property intended by the terms hereof and thereof to be covered hereby and thereby, including specifically, but without limitation, any renewals, additions, substitutions, replacements or appurtenances to the Property; (c) promptly execute, acknowledge, deliver, procure and record or file any document or instrument (including specifically any financing statement) deemed advisable by Grantee to protect, continue or perfect the liens or the security interests hereunder against the rights or interests of third persons; and (d) promptly furnish to Grantee, upon Grantee's request, a duly acknowledged written statement and estoppel certificate addressed to such party or parties as directed by Grantee and in form and substance supplied by Grantee, setting forth all amounts due under the Note, stating whether any Default or Event of Default has occurred hereunder, stating whether any offsets or defenses exist against the indebtedness secured hereby and containing such other matters as Grantee may reasonably require.
