Further Consideration. F22.21 The head of service and unions covered by this Agreement, agree to examine options to deal with the work-related consequences for employees who are victims of sexual assault in instances that occur outside the confines of a domestic relationship. Consultation with subject matter experts and interested stakeholders will be undertaken with a view to developing an ACTPS-wide policy that may provide for additional entitlements for ACTPS employees in such circumstances. The Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate will commence this work in consultation with ACTPS workplace unions not later than six months from the commencement of this Agreement.
