Common use of Further Assistance Clause in Contracts

Stockholder will provide assistance reasonably requested by the Company in connection with actions taken by Stockholder while employed by the Company, including but not limited to assistance in connection with any lawsuits or other claims against the Company arising from events during the period in which Stockholder was employed by the Company.
