Further Acts and Assurances. In addition to the acts and deeds recited herein and contemplated to be performed, executed and delivered by or on behalf of the parties hereto, the parties hereby agree to perform, execute and deliver or cause to be performed, executed and delivered any and all such further acts, deeds and assurances as the other party may reasonably require to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
