Common use of Further Actions Clause in Contracts

Further Actions. Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.

Further Actions. Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps steps, including any and all actions as may be necessary or required under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, relating to its ReceivablesAccounts, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.

Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.

Each Assignor will, at its own expense, expense and upon the request of the Collateral Agent make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps steps, including any and all actions as may be necessary or required under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, relating to its ReceivablesAccounts, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as which the Collateral Agent may deems reasonably requirenecessary to perfect, preserve or protect its security interest in the collateral.

Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.
