Common use of Furniture and Fixtures Clause in Contracts

Furniture and Fixtures. At its own cost and expense, Lessor shall furnish and install furniture, fixtures and equipment as are in Lessor's sole opinion necessary to provide suitable office accommodations for Lessee, upon such terms and conditions routinely applicable to the Facility. All such furniture, fixtures and equipment shall remain Lessor's property.

Furniture and Fixtures. At Lessor agrees, at its own cost and expense, Lessor shall to furnish and to install furniture, fixtures and equipment as that are in the Lessor's sole opinion necessary to provide suitable office accommodations facilities for Lessee, the Lessee upon such terms and conditions routinely applicable to the Facility. All facility, provided that such furniture, fixtures and equipment shall remain Lessor's property.
