School Equipment This can only be used if requested on the initial application form, and if its use is approved by the School. Appropriately qualified adults must supervise the use of any equipment, which is issued and ensure its safe return. The Hirer is liable for any damage, loss or theft of school equipment they are using, and for the equipment’s safe and appropriate use.

(a) The Student agrees to keep all furniture, fixtures, fittings, appliances and articles in their Room and in the premises in good and proper repair and to pay to the XXX a Fine together with an amount equivalent to the replacement cost of such items of the same as may be broken or destroyed during the currency of this Licence.

Failure to do this may result in the Occupier being charged with these defects (if any) on vacating the Unit. The forms should be returned to Operator within 24 hrs of taking up occupancy.
