Furnishings and Appliances. Both parties agree that the Unit shall be delivered with all furnishings and appliances (the “Furnishings and Appliances”) as described in Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” of this Letter Agreement, and that the Unit shall be delivered with all of such Furnishings and Appliances installed and in complete operation. Seller reserves the right, without liability to Buyer, to substitute at any moment prior to Occupancy Date of the Unit any Furnishings or Appliances with items of similar or greater quality.
