Furnishings and Appliances. The tenant shall be responsible for the reasonable care and maintenance of provided furnishings and appliances.
Furnishings and Appliances. (A) The following appliances are supplied with the Premises: Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer, Dryer, and Other: . Tenant agrees to keep all such appliances clean and in good repair, ordinary wear and tear accepted. Supplied appliances may not be removed from the Premises.
Furnishings and Appliances. Riverview shall provide accommodation furnishings and fixtures including floor coverings, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal in the Unit. You shall provide any other furnishings or fixtures. The furnishings and fixtures provided by Riverview shall be in good repair and working order as of the Occupancy Date. You or the representative of your estate is responsible for removing all of your own furniture, your personal appliances, and special equipment when your Unit is vacated.
Furnishings and Appliances. MDUSD shall be responsible, at its own expense, for providing any furnishings and/or appliances that it wishes to utilize in connection with the Portable Classroom. MDUSD shall be responsible, at its own expense, for obtaining casualty insurance for MDUSD-owned furnishings and possessions located in the Portable Classroom. CITY’s insurance shall cover the building only and shall not cover damage to the contents.

The following furnishings may be provided by Owner: Sofas Beds Dressers Dining table Television All bed linens and bath and beach towels Occupant shall return all such items at the end of the term in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the occupancy term, normal wear and tear excepted. Upon departure, the Guest shall peaceably and quietly leave the Premises at the end of the Rental Term and shall leave the Premises in good order and condition, with reasonable use and wear excepted. Guest agrees to complete the “Guest Departure Checklist/Procedures” provided to Guest or included on the Premises.
Furnishings and Appliances. Any furnishings and/or appliances present in the premises may be removed by Owner/Manager at any time without notice to Tenant and without cause if Owner/Manager is not obligated to provide such, as indicated below. The premises include the following appliances (if checked) and any such “checked” appliances are deemed to be an obligation of the Owner to provide and/or repair if such appliances are “checked” in the appropriate indicative box. Furnishings and Appliances. Both parties agree that the Unit shall be delivered with all furnishings and appliances (the “Furnishings and Appliances”) as described in Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” of this Letter Agreement, and that the Unit shall be delivered with all of such Furnishings and Appliances installed and in complete operation. Seller reserves the right, without liability to Buyer, to substitute at any moment prior to Occupancy Date of the Unit any Furnishings or Appliances with items of similar or greater quality.
Furnishings and Appliances. The Tenant acknowledges the current condition of the Premise. The Tenant agrees to replace light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, batteries of any smoke / fire detector(s), and furnace air filters on the Premise at the Tenant's expense. The Tenant will pay $50 for any lost garage door remote control. Waterbeds and / or liquid filled furniture on the Premise are prohibited unless the Owner consents in writing and the Tenant has appropriate renters insurance for such items. Furnishings provided by the Owner, include, but are not limited to Kitchen Corner Hutch, Kitchen Island Cabinet, Blinds, Curtain Rods, & Bathroom Mirrors are considered part of the Premise.
