Furnishing of Services and Information. 3.1.3.1 Owner shall furnish project analysis phase documents sufficient to allow Design/Builder to prepare and submit design development documents and construction documents as provided under Sections 2.1.3 and 2.1.7. In addition, Owner shall furnish the services of land surveyors, environmental analysts, geotechnical engineers, commissioning agents and other consultants for air, geotechnical, and water conditions (“Owner’s Consultants”) when such services are deemed necessary by Design/Builder or Owner to properly carry out the Work. The project analysis phase information and documents specified in this Section 3.1.3.1, as well as the services, information, surveys and reports to be performed by Owner’s Consultants as specified in this Section 3.1.3.1, shall be furnished at Owner’s expense and Design/Builder, and Design/Builder’s Consultants and Subcontractors, shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness of such information and documents and Owner’s Consultants’ services, information, surveys and reports.
