FURNISHED PROPERTY. (a) LOCKHEED XXXXXX may, by written authorization, provide to SELLER property owned by either LOCKHEED XXXXXX or its customer (Furnished Property). Furnished Property shall be used only for the performance of this Contract.

FURNISHED PROPERTY. (a) Buyer may provide to Seller property owned by either Buyer or Buyer’s Customer (“Furnished Property”). Furnished Property shall be used only for the performance of this Subcontract.
FURNISHED PROPERTY a. Buyer may provide to Seller property owned by either Buyer or its customer (Furnished Property). Furnished Property shall be used only for the performance of this Contract.
FURNISHED PROPERTY. Buyer may provide to Seller property owned by either Buyer or its customer (Furnished Property) as set forth in the Order. Furnished Property shall be used only for the performance of this Order, or for the performance of a direct contract between Xxxxx’s customer and Seller where Seller has obtained specific approval from Buyer’s customer authorizing such use. Title to Furnished Property shall be retained by Buyer or its customer. Seller shall clearly mark (if not already marked) all Furnished Property to show ownership. Except in accordance with Xxxxx’s written instructions and while in Seller’s possession, Seller shall prevent the comingling of Furnished Property with other materials. Except for reasonable wear and tear, Seller assumes all risk of loss, destruction, or damage of Furnished Property while in Seller’s possession, custody, or control. Upon request, Seller shall promptly provide Buyer with adequate proof of insurance against such risk of loss. Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of any loss or damage. Without additional charge, Seller shall manage, maintain, and preserve Furnished Property in accordance with good commercial practice. Seller shall maintain written records of the management, maintenance, and preservation of the Furnished Property, in accordance with good commercial practice, and provide such records to Buyer, upon request. At Buyer’s request or at completion of this Order, Seller shall submit, in an acceptable form, inventory lists of Furnished Property and shall deliver or make such other disposition in accordance with instructions from Buyer. With respect to Government-furnished property, or property to which the Government may take title under this Order: (1) For this Order, the clause at FAR 52.245-1 shall apply and is incorporated by reference; and (2) Seller shall provide to Buyer immediate notice of any disapproval, withdrawal of approval, or non-acceptance by the Government of its property control system.
FURNISHED PROPERTY. Envistacom may provide to Supplier property owned by Envistacom and/or the government (“Furnished Property”). Furnished Property shall be used only for the performance of this Agreement. Title to Furnished Property shall remain with Envistacom or the government, as applicable. Supplier shall clearly xxxx (if not so marked) all Furnished Property to show its ownership. Except for reasonable wear and tear, Supplier shall be responsible for, and shall promptly notify Envistacom of, any loss or damage to Furnished Property. Without additional charge, Supplier shall manage, maintain, and preserve Furnished Property in accordance with good commercial practice. If additional costs are to be incurred to manage, maintain and preserve Furnished Property then Supplier shall notify Envistacom prior to accepting Furnished Property. At Envistacom's request, and/or upon completion of this Agreement, Supplier shall submit, in an acceptable form, inventory lists of Furnished Property and shall deliver or make such other disposal of the Furnished Property as may be directed by Envistacom.
FURNISHED PROPERTY. (a) All drawings, tools jigs, dies, fixtures, materials, and other property supplied or paid for by BUYER and/or BUYER’S customer shall be and remain the property of BUYER and/or BUYER’S customer; and if SELLER fails to return such property upon BUYER’S demand, BUYER shall have the right, upon reasonable notice, to enter SELLER’s premises and remove any such property at any time without being liable for trespasses or damages of any sort.
FURNISHED PROPERTY. (a) Buyer may provide Furnished Property to Seller for the Contract. Title to Furnished Property remains with the original owner of the Furnished Property. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WHATSOEVER, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE FITNESS, CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, DESIGN OR OPERATION OF THE FURNISHED PROPERTY OR ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

FURNISHED PROPERTY. 24.1. All drawings, tools, jigs, dies, fixtures, materials, and other property supplied or paid for by Buyer shall be and remain the property of Buyer or Buyer’s Customer. If Seller fails to return such property upon Xxxxx’s demand, Buyer shall have the right, upon reasonable notice, to enter Seller's premises and remove any such property at any time without being liable for trespasses or damages of any sort.
FURNISHED PROPERTY. Flyer may, by written authorization, provide to Supplier property owned by either Flyer or Flyer’s customer(s) to aid Supplier in fulfilling its obligations under this Purchase Order (collectively, “Furnished Property”). Any property furnished to Supplier by Flyer, shall be provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties and shall remain the sole property of either Flyer or Flyer’s customer. Except for Furnished Property, all tools, dies, molds, fixtures and similar items required to produce the Products (collectively, “Supplier Tooling”) shall be furnished by Supplier at Supplier’s sole expense and without charge to Flyer, unless agreed upon in writing and separately itemized on this Purchase Order.
FURNISHED PROPERTY. CONTRACTOR assumes complete responsibility for any tooling, articles, or materials furnished by UNIVERSITY to CONTRACTOR in connection with this contract and CONTRACTOR agrees to pay for all such tooling, articles, or materials damaged or not accounted for to UNIVERSITY's satisfaction. The furnishing to CONTRACTOR of any tooling, articles, or materials in connection with this contract shall not, unless otherwise expressly provided, be construed to vest title thereto in CONTRACTOR.
