Common use of Furnish Information Clause in Contracts

Furnish Information. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Agreement that the Holders shall furnish to the Company such information regarding themselves, the Registrable Stock held by them, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as the Company shall reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the action to be taken by the Company.

Furnish Information. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Agreement that the Holders selling Investors shall furnish to the Company such information regarding themselves, them and the Registrable Stock securities held by them, and the intended method of disposition of such securities them as the Company shall reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the action order to be taken effect any registration by the CompanyCompany pursuant to this Agreement.
