(a) It shall be a condition precedent to the ------------------- obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Section 1 with respect to Agreement that the Registrable Securities of any selling Holder that such Holder shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itselfthe Holder, the Registrable Securities held by itthe Holder, and the intended method of distribution disposition of such securities Registrable Securities as the Company shall request and as shall be required or, in the opinion of the Company's legal counsel, necessary, in connection with the action to effect be taken by the registration of such Holder's Registrable SecuritiesCompany.
