Furnace Tune-Up. Xxx’s will complete one (1) annual maintenance check to Covered Property’s furnace during the Agreement term. Furnace annual maintenance check will be performed in the fall. Xxx’s will contact the R Member to schedule each annual maintenance check. Performing maintenance on our predetermined schedule ensures that we can uphold the highest standards in service quality and prevent any unexpected issues down the line. Our HVAC department has chosen this timeframe to optimize the efficiency of the maintenance process and ensure the best results. Service excludes Wood boilers and Oil furnaces.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
