FURNACE FILTERS. ( , Initial) Tenant agrees to change or clean the furnace filter not less than every two months (monthly is recommended); furthermore, Tenant agrees to pay for cleaning or changing the furnace filters (materials and labor) if they are found to be dirty at any time during this tenancy, regardless of additional issues concerning the HVAC system. If Tenant fails to change the furnace filter, they may be liable for furnace repairs and/or replacement.

FURNACE FILTERS. Tenants are in charge of changing the furnace filters in their unit. The filters are expected to be changed on a monthly basis unless a higher quality filter is purchased. Tenants are expected to write the date that the furnace filter was changed on the frame of the physical filter. If Tenants fail to change the filter on a regular basis they run the risk of additional maintenance costs. If management comes through at time of Move-out and the furnace filter has not been changed, the Tenant will get charged $25.00 for a replacement filter. FURNACE FILTERS. Residents agree to check the condition of the furnace filter once per month, and to change the furnace filter no less than once every 3 months. A dirty filter makes the furnace run harder, increasing the likelihood of an expensive breakdown, most likely during the time of year it is most needed. A clean furnace filter will decrease energy consumption, provide cleaner air to breath, and make it easier one those with allergies. If there is a spring hook the filter is permanent and should be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. Resident shall be held liable for missing or damaged permanent filters. If the filter has a cardboard frame it is disposable. Replace with the exact same size filter. Proper filter size is essential in preventing damage to the furnace.
FURNACE FILTERS. Tenant shall periodically check the air filters on the furnace at the Premises, and shall replace the same as necessary, and in any event at least once every 6 months.
FURNACE FILTERS. Tenant agrees to replace the furnace filter as recommended by the manufacturer. Tenant shall reimburse Agent for all costs incurred by Agent for any damages caused by not replacing the furnace filter as required.

FURNACE FILTERS. Furnace filters are to be replaced by the Resident and at the Resident's expense, at minimum two (2) times a year preferably four (4). If it is determined that furnace repairs incurred by the Owner are a result of dirty or neglected furnace filters, Resident will be held responsible for the cost of these repairs.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. Such work will be identified by the Authorized User within the RFQ. See “Prevailing Wage Rates – Public Works and Building Services Contracts’ in Appendix B, Clause 10, OGS General Specifications. Any federal or State determination of a violation of any public works law or regulation, or labor law or regulation, or any OSHA violation deemed "serious or willful" may be grounds for a determination of vendor non-responsibility and rejection of proposal. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages.   • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.
