Funeral Time Sample Clauses

Funeral Time a. In the case of death of spouse, child, stepchild, mother or father, an employee shall be entitled to five (5) consecutive work days off without loss of pay, provided at least one (1) of said days must be the day of the funeral. For a mother-in-law or father-in-law under the same roof as the employee, an employee shall be entitled to five (5) consecutive work days off without loss of pay, provided at least one (1) of said days must be the day of the funeral.

Funeral Time. An employee will be paid regular straight-time hourly rate of pay when absent during scheduled work hours because of the death of a member of that employee’s immediate family: spouse, child, step-child, father, mother, sister, brother, father-in-law, mother in-law, grandfather, grandmother, or grandchild provided:
