FUNDS AT THE END OF A FUNDING YEAR. A14.1 Funds at the End of a Funding Year. Without limiting any rights of the Province under Article A13.0, if the Recipient has not spent all of the Funds allocated for the Funding Year as provided for in the Budget, the Province may take one or both of the following actions:
