FUNDING TYPES. Cash ❖ Cash funds provided to the Local WDB or its designee by one-stop Partners, either directly or by an interagency transfer, or by a third party. Non-Cash ❖ Expenditures incurred by one-stop Partners on behalf of the one-stop center; and ❖ Non-cash contributions or goods or services contributed by a Partner program and used by the one-stop center. Third-party In-kind ❖ Contributions of space, equipment, technology, non-personnel services, or other like items to support the infrastructure costs associated with one-stop operations, by a non-one-stop Partner to: ❖ Support the one-stop center in general; or ❖ Support the proportionate share of one-stop infrastructure costs of a specific partner. [20 CFR 678.720; 20 CFR 678.760; 34 CFR 361.720; 34 CFR 361.760; 34 CFR 463.720; and 34 CFR 463.760] Allocation Allocation means the process of assigning a cost, or a group of costs, to one or more cost objective(s), in reasonable proportion to the benefit provided or other equitable relationship. The process may entail assigning a cost(s) directly to a final cost objective or through one or more intermediate cost objectives. [2 CFR 200.4] Cost Objective Cost objective means a program, function, activity, award, organizational subdivision, contract, or work unit for which cost data are desired and for which provision is made to accumulate and measure the cost of processes, products, jobs, capital projects, etc. A cost objective may be a major function of the non-Federal entity, a particular service or project, a Federal award, or an indirect (Facilities & Administrative (F&A)) cost activity, as described in Subpart ECost Principles of this Part. By signing this agreement, the individual signatory certifies that he or she is authorized to sign on behalf of the Partner organization and that they bind the organization to the faithful performance of this agreement, in its entirety.   • Order Types As defined in FAR Part 16, Type of Contracts, all types of Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Incentive, Time-and-Materials (T&M), and Labor-Hour (L-H) are permissible for Orders under the Basic Contract. In addition, the Award Term Incentive may be used for Orders under the Basic Contract. Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Blanket Purchase Agreements, and Letter Contracts are not permissible Order types under the Basic Contract. Orders may be multi-year and/or include options as defined in FAR Part 17 and agency-specific FAR Part 17 supplements.

  • Trunk Types 2.2.1 In interconnecting their networks pursuant to this Attachment, the Parties will use, as appropriate, the following separate and distinct trunk groups:

  • Funding Increases Before the Funder can make an allocation of additional funds to the HSP, the parties will:

  • Funding Requirements If Subrecipient receives funds pursuant to this Contract for more than one program, the funds received by Subrecipient for each program shall be expended only for that program, and Subrecipient shall not expend more funds for any program than are set forth in the Attachment C, Budget Schedule(s) for that program. Subrecipient shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Contract with at least the minimum number and type of staff and volunteers required for provision of the services described. Such staff and volunteers shall be qualified in accordance with all applicable statutes and regulations. Subrecipient agrees to submit to Administrator, upon request, a list of persons, including employees, subcontractors and volunteers, who are to provide such services, and any changes to said list, by name, title, professional degree, and experience. Additional Services. Subrecipient also shall provide the following services to Older Individuals to whom it provides the services described herein in Attachment A with the consent of the Older Individual, or his or her representative, Subrecipient shall bring to the attention of appropriate officials for follow-up, conditions or circumstances which place the Older Individual, or the household of the Older Individual, in imminent danger. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to limit Subrecipient’s responsibilities for elder abuse reporting as set forth in this Contract. Coordination of services. Subrecipient shall assure that all services funded under this Contract are coordinated with other appropriate services in the community and that services funded under this Contract do not constitute unnecessary duplications of services provided by other sources. Coordination of resources. Subrecipient shall work collaboratively with County, particularly the Information and Assistance Program (I&A), to ensure that clients who may need any services available through Older Americans Act or Older Californians Act Programs are referred to I&A for assistance in accessing these services.

  • Funding Provisions 4.1 All salaries, fringe benefits, professional development, local travel, supplies for the College and Career Counselor will be provided by Collin College.

  • ROCK GRADATION TYPES Purchaser shall manufacture rock in accordance with the types and amounts listed in the ROCK LIST. Rock must meet the following specifications for gradation and uniform quality when placed in hauling vehicles. Purchaser shall provide a sieve analysis upon request from the Contract Administrator.

  • Service Types Where you are funded for more than one service type under this Activity, and you have met the requirements within one of these service areas, you may shift all or part of any remaining funds to another service type you support under this Activity. You must advise us of resource attributions annually through the Activity Work Plan Report as detailed in Item E.

  • FUNDING INCREASE 1. The Commonwealth shall notify the Grantee in writing of any funding increases under this Agreement.
