Funding Policy. The funding policy for this Split Dollar Plan shall be to maintain the subject policy in force by paying, when due, all premiums required.
Funding Policy. The Advisory Committee will review, not less often than annually, all pertinent Employee information and Plan data in order to establish the funding policy of the Plan and to determine the appropriate methods of carrying out the Plan's objectives. The Advisory Committee must communicate periodically, as it deems appropriate, to the Trustee and to any Plan Investment Manager the Plan's short-term and long-term financial needs so investment policy can be coordinated with Plan financial requirements.

The Plan Administrator must communicate periodically, as it deems appropriate, to the Trustee and to any Plan Investment Manager the Plan's short-term and long-term financial needs for the coordination of the Plan's investment policy with Plan financial requirements.
Funding Policy. The Trustees, with the approval of the Parties, shall adopt a Funding Policy, and may amend it from time to time, in a manner not inconsistent with the Central Collective Agreement, governing, inter alia:
