Funding of Services. The Charter School is authorized to receive from a local school district direct payment of any federal or state aid attributable to a student with a disability attending the Charter School in proportion to the level of services for such student with a disability that the Charter School provides directly or indirectly. The amounts payable directly by a school district to a charter school may be increased by mutual agreement of such school district and the Charter School in order to provide the appropriate levels of services required by the individualized education program of a student with a disability.

  • Bridging of Service If a regular employee terminates as a result of a decision to care for a dependent parent, spouse or child, and is re-employed, upon application they shall be credited with length of service accumulated at time of termination for the purposes of benefits based on service seniority. The following conditions shall apply:

  • Continuation of Services The Contractor shall work with the current Subcontractor prior to cancellation date to ensure all consumer needs are identified and appropriate placements and transportation needs, as applicable, have been arranged. The Subcontractor shall maintain communication with the Contractor on the process of transferring consumers until all consumers are placed.

  • Term of Services The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on , the date of completion specified in Exhibit A, and Consultant shall complete the work described in Exhibit A on or before that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s right to terminate the Agreement, as referenced in Section 8.

  • Payment of Services 1. For courses taught at a High School facility utilizing High School teachers who are qualified by the DCCCD College using Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) standards to teach college level courses, DCCCD shall pay as follows:

  • Duration of Services Any individual Service in this Section B shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 9 months following the Distribution, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes.

  • Suspension of Services We have the right to suspend the benefit of any Credit Union service at any time for reasonable cause. At Our discretion, We also have the right to pay any share draft presented for payment from Your Account after Your Account is closed or suspended and to recover such amount paid from You. Account services are available to those members in good standing with the Credit Union. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services to a member who is not in good standing, which includes members that have: (a) a delinquent loan; (b) a primary Share Account balance below the $25.00 minimum; (c) an unresolved deposited returned check; (d) any unpaid and uncollected fees; or (e) a negative balance on an Account.
