Funding of Program. A. The Participating Jurisdictions agree to fund the Program by making their respective payments for one fiscal year period from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 (FY20), in the amounts set forth in Attachment 1 which has been approved by Chief Administrative Officers ("CAOsn). The payments are based on a per-capita allocation for the Participating Jurisdictions.

Funding of Program. As of January 1, 2008, Village of Downers Grove shall self-fund a dental care program for its employees and their dependents. The terms, conditions and benefits of this program are set forth in the Schedule of Dental Benefits, Exclusions and Dental Plan Specifications, copies of which are attached hereto and marked as Appendices A, B and C and hereby made a part of this Contract as fully recited over the signatures hereto affixed. Village of Downers Grove shall completely underwrite the risk under this Group Dental Plan and assume all liability with respect to the payment of claims by covered employees and covered dependents for covered dental benefits.
Funding of Program. The funds SUBRECIPIENT has agreed to provide to SUBCONTRACTOR in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract and subject to the approved budget and proposal of SUBCONTRACTOR, in the amount set forth in Section 1.8 are Title X funds expected to be provided to SUBRECIPIENT by DHHS through its contract with MFHC. SUBRECIPIENT does not control and cannot warrant the amount of Title X funding it will receive during this Contract Term. If SUBRECIPIENT does not receive sufficient Title X funds during this Contract Term to provide the amount set forth in Section 1.8 to SUBCONTRACTOR, SUBRECIPIENT reserves the right to alter the amount set forth in Section

  • Other Program Requirements A. The Developer agrees to adopt affirmative marketing procedures and requirements and prepare a written Affirmative Marketing Plan for projects containing five or more HOME-assisted units. The Affirmative Marketing Plan must be available for public inspection in the Developer’s office. The plan must contain specific steps and actions that the Developer will take to provide information and otherwise attract eligible persons for all racial, ethnic, and gender groups in the housing market area to the available housing. Specific activities that must be included in the Developer’s Affirmative Marketing Plan include:

  • Purpose of Processing The purpose of the data Processing is the provision of the Services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Payment of Project Activities County will reimburse Subrecipient for eligible project-related costs only. Subrecipient shall submit requests for reimbursement to County on a monthly basis beginning on August 1, 2021, and must provide adequate documentation as required by County in accordance with the OC Community Resources Contract Reimbursement Policy, as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, Subrecipient will provide a progress Grantee Performance Report (“GPR Information Form”) for the time period covered, as prescribed by County. Failure to provide any of the required documentation and reporting will cause County to withhold all or a portion of a request for reimbursement, or return the entire reimbursement package to Subrecipient, until such documentation and reporting has been received and approved by County.

  • Mentor Program a. Each new Bargaining Unit Member (first year employee) shall be assigned a mentor. An exception may be made, as determined by the Superintendent, for new part-time Bargaining unit Members of whom have prior service in the same program operated by the Board. The mentor shall assist the new Bargaining Unit Member in general teaching procedures, techniques, classroom planning and organization, school functions and regulations and other areas of professional growth and development. The Association President in collaboration with the Lead Mentor/Resident Educator Coordinator and appropriate Directors shall submit nominations of three (3) qualified staff members to the Superintendent, after obtaining the candidates’ permission. The Superintendent may elect to nominate one of the candidates to the Board of Education for assignment, or ask the Association President and Lead Mentor/Resident Educator Coordinator for additional nominations.

  • Model Rules of Procedure 1. The procedure before the Panel shall be conducted in accordance with the Model Rules of Procedure set out in Annex 12 (Model Rules of Procedure). Exceptionally, the disputing Parties may agree on different rules to be applied by the Panel. 2. The Model Rules of Procedure are necessary for the good development of all the steps in this Chapter. In addition, these rules shall regulate the development of the procedure, pursuant to the following principles: (a) the procedures shall ensure the right to at least one hearing before the Panel, as well as the opportunity for each disputing Party to provide initial and rebuttal written submissions, and allow the use of any technological means to ensure its authenticity; and (b) the hearings before the Panel, the deliberations, as well as all the submissions and communications submitted during the hearings, shall be confidential. 3. If needed, the Panel shall, apart from the matters set out in this Article and in Annex 12 (Model Rules of Procedure), regulate its own procedures in relation to the settlement of the dispute in consultation with the Parties. 4. Unless otherwise agreed by the disputing Parties within 20 days following the establishment of the Panel, the terms of reference shall be: "To examine, in light of the relevant provisions of this Agreement, the matter referred to in the request for the establishment of a Panel pursuant to Article 177 (Request for a Panel) and to make findings of law and fact together with the reasons therefore for the resolution of the dispute, as well as a recommendation for its implementation, if needed."
