Funding Authority. (a) On an annual basis the Operating Committee shall approve an operating budget for the Company. The budget shall include the projected costs of the Company, including the costs of developing and operating the CAT for the upcoming year, and the sources of all revenues to cover such costs, as well as the funding of any reserve that the Operating Committee reasonably deems appropriate for prudent operation of the Company.
Funding Authority. The Budget Act of 2014 (FY 14-15) (Chapter 25, Statutes of 2014) provided $8 million to the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) for the Community Recidivism Reduction Grant (RRG) described in Penal Code Section 1233.10. The County of Orange participated in the FY 14-15 grant program and received $500,000 of the FY 14-15 grant funds to develop and administer a competitive grant program intended to fund community recidivism and crime reduction services. The Budget Act of 2015 (FY 15-16) allocated an additional $4 million to the BSCC. As a result, the County of Orange was allocated $250,000 of the FY 15-16 grant funds. BSCC authorized participating counties to allocate FY 15-16 RRG funding to those service providers who competed for the FY 14-15 funding.
Funding Authority. The Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund (OSLTF) was established by authority of The Oil Pollution Act of 1990 to provide a source of dedicated funds for the cleanup and removal of oil spills. Authority for administration of the fund was delegated to the Coast Guard National Pollution Funds Center (NPFC) by Executive Order 12777, issued 18 October 1991. The Clean Water Act authorizes the OSC to access the OSLTF to fund the costs of oil spill cleanup and removal operations. The NPFC recovers those costs from the parties responsible for the spill.

Funding Authority. This contract is entered into under the provisions of §132.242, Texas Education Code; 40 TAC §807.252; and §302.002(b) of the Texas Labor Code.
Funding Authority. The Radio Council shall have authority to do any of the following: approve annual operating, maintenance and capital replacement budgets; approve and collect fees or system charges; approve and collect any Council of Government fees; enter into and administer contracts with MARCS or other system providers; enter into and administer other leases, agreements and contracts necessary for the operation of the radio communications system ; and approve operational policies and procedures; and any other functions and duties necessary for the operation of the radio communications system as are performed or capable of performance by the parties to this Agreement.
Funding Authority. The funding authority for this AWARD comes from the COUNTY, through its Department of Natural Resources and Parks, which operates a regional system of sewage treatment and conveyance facilities for which it collects charges from local governments. Said charges constitute the source of revenue for operation of the COUNTY’s sewage treatment system. By agreement with said local governments, this revenue can be used only to fund expenditures that are related to the development, operation, maintenance, and replacement and improvement of said system. By budget authority, the COUNTY funds activities related to the regional water quality objectives advanced by the development of the sewage treatment system.
