Common use of FUND SHARES Clause in Contracts

FUND SHARES. 1. Fund will deliver to IFTC Instructions with respect to the declaration and payment of any dividend or other distribution on the shares of capital stock of a Portfolio ("Fund Shares") by a Portfolio. On the date specified in such Instruction, IFTC will pay out of the monies held for the account of the Portfolio, insofar as it is available for such purposes, and credit to the account of the Dividend Disbursing Agent for the Portfolio, the amount specified in such Instructions.
