Fund and Accounts. (a) The Fund under this Trust shall consist of such sums of money or other property (and the earnings thereon) as shall from time to time be paid or delivered to the Trustee and held by it pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Fund and Accounts. (a) The Fund under this Trust shall consist of such sums of money or other property (and the earnings thereon) as shall from time to time be paid or delivered to the Trustee and held by it pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Corporation shall deposit TWENTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX DOLLARS ($29,566), which shall become the initial principal of the Fund.
Fund and Accounts. The Issuer hereby establishes a special fund to be known as the “Space Florida Revenue Promissory Note (2017) Revenue Fund (Sabal Project)” and a special fund to be known as the “Space Florida Revenue Promissory Note (2017) Debt Service Fund (Sabal Project),” and two subaccounts therein to be known as the “Grant Revenue Account” and the “Sublease Revenue Account.” Moneys in the aforementioned fund and accounts, together with funds on deposit under the Escrow Agreement, until applied in accordance with the provisions hereof, shall be held in trust for and be subject to a lien and charge in favor of the registered owner of the Note and for the further security of such registered owner.

  • Investment Accounts Schedule 2 sets forth under the headings “Securities Accounts” and “Commodity Accounts”, respectively, all of the Securities Accounts and Commodity Accounts in which such Grantor has an interest.
